About me

Ike Winkler

I am a dynamic cinematographer based in Los Angeles with a signature vintage style, bringing timeless artistry to every project whether it’s a feature film, music video, fashion campaign, wedding, or branded content. I specialize in the textures and tones of analog film, and blend classic aesthetics with modern storytelling to create visuals that feel both nostalgic and fresh. I served as the Director of Photography for the late director David Lynch’s Foundation, where he collaborated with an array of acclaimed and influential creatives.

Over the years, my work has brought me alongside talents such as Katy Perry and Jim Carrey, capturing landmark events at prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall, the El Rey Theatre, and Radio City Music Hall. From capturing cinematic love stories on 8mm to crafting digital imagery with the latest technology, I help transform ordinary moments into unforgettable visual experiences. Versatile, visionary, and detail-driven, I am the perfect creative partner for couples, brands, and filmmakers seeking authentic, emotionally resonant storytelling.
